How we work

FIRST MEETING
Every project we curate begins with a personal consultation with the client at the property taking this opportunity to share requirements and expectations in detail.

We learn about the client’s needs, their tastes and what is important to them to create the new ambiance. We will ensure coherence in managing the connection between the client requests and the respect of the architectural design.

Our approach will guarantee that the project will be built upon a clear and ongoing dialogue between the client and our team.

This is also the time to discuss outline budgets and time frame to have an overall idea of the requested work in order to progress smoothly.

This meeting is followed up with a written proposal to the client.

CONCEPT PROPOSAL
Following the first meeting input we start a wide research process aimed to create a proposal. Every element of it is customized for the specific project.

We take great pleasure in sourcing soft furnishing, objects, art work, rugs, vases and various accessories which will be presented to the client for an open discussion.

At this stage we provide provisional quotation for every item.

GET INTO DETAILS
Once all the elements in the concept proposal are finalized and budget agreed, the process moves to a more detailed stage.

We will provide swatches options for window treatments, cushions, beddings etc..etc.. for approval. A detailed cost plan is presented and shared with the client.

ORDERING PROCESS
In this phase we manage every stage of the ordering process. We will take care of every step from placing orders, dealing with prices, quality control and delivery issues.

All items are supplied with the benefit of discounts as available from the companies.

INSTALLATION
As the project gets to completion we coordinate the installation of all accessories. Seeing everything come together is very rewarding and the finishing touches make the ambiance come to life.
